1. Payment Method:
   To facilitate the use of our services, clients must keep a valid credit card or bank account on file with us. Payments for services used will be processed automatically.
2. Late Payment Charges:
   It is the client’s responsibility to keep their payment information up to date. If payments or updates are not made within five days after the invoice date, Divina Crianza will apply for an additional $35 late fee.

Babysitting Service Policies

3. Reservation Fee:
   For emergency or backup care services, Divina Crianza will connect your family with a nanny for a reservation fee of $50.
4. Standard Hourly Rate:
   The cost for nanny services is between $35-$45 per hour for one child. This amount must be paid to the agency in advance when making a reservation.
5. Holiday Rates:
   Nanny services on holidays such as New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and others will cost $55 per hour. Requests will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis, and availability is not guaranteed.
6. Additional Children Fees:
   An extra $2.50 per hour will be charged for each additional child beyond the standard hourly rate. For families with five or more children, two nannies may be required.
7. Minimum Booking Time:
   All bookings have a four-hour minimum. If the service extends beyond the reserved time, additional charges will automatically be applied to the payment method on file.
8. Last-Minute Bookings:
   Requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur an additional $50 fee if we are able to assign an available nanny.
9. Cancellation Policy:
   If the client cancels a nanny service within 48 hours of the nanny’s scheduled arrival, full charges will apply.

Monthly Memberships

Divina Crianza offers memberships designed for families seeking recurring services and wanting to save money.

Membership Benefits:

• Exclusive access to our verified nanny team.
• Priority in reservation requests.
• Convenient booking via phone with a member of the Divina Crianza team.

Conditions:

• Membership fees must be paid on the first day of the month for the following month.
• A 14-day notice is required to pause or adjust the membership level.
• Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance to ensure nanny availability.

Other Policies

10. Inclement Weather:
    In the event of severe weather conditions, the nanny will determine whether it is safe to travel to the client’s home. Service availability may be limited during such days.
11. Replacement Policy:
    If a nanny assigned to the client is unable to fulfill their duties, we will make every effort to find a suitable replacement.
