For a long-term Commitment of one year or more.

  • $350 non-refundable Launch search fee

  • 15% of the candidate’s total annual compensation.

  • 60-day replacement policy applies

  • This is a one-time fee per placement.

$3500 Minimum

Short-Term Placements

For a short-term Commitment of six to eleven months.

  • $350 non-refundable Launch search fee

  • The placement fee is 18% of Nanny's expected income

  • 30-day replacement policy applies

  • All fees are capped at one year.

$1,500 Minimum

Temporary Placements

For a temporary Commitment of six months or less.

  • $350 non-refundable Launch search fee

  • The placement fee is 22% of Nanny's expected income

  • 30-day replacement applies

To begin your search for your perfect household employee, we require a $350 retainer. This is a one-time, non-refundable fee el cual incluye:
