PRICING AND BILLING
All Divina Crianza tutoring services are prepaid and non-refundable, including partial or deposit payments. The hours you purchase have no expiration date and can be transferred to family members or friends. The client authorizes Divina Crianza to charge the FULL balance for the selected services and/or packages to the credit card provided immediately upon enrolling in our services and/or packages. Divina Crianza cannot reserve or assign a tutor to a student without full payment. Clients shall not pay the tutor directly. All payments must be made and delivered exclusively to Divina Crianza. Additionally, all client referrals must be communicated to Divina Crianza before the tutor provides services to the referred client.
The billing cycle begins on the 1st of each month and ends on the 30th or 31st of the same month. All clients are required to keep a valid and current credit card on file at all times in order to receive or continue receiving services. Divina Crianza only accepts Visa or MasterCard. All payments for projected services in the billing cycle will be charged to the credit card at the beginning of each cycle. Payments must be paid in full before services are rendered. If the client requires additional tutoring services beyond the projected amount during the billing cycle, payment must be made in full before those additional services are rendered. If you wish to dispute a charge on your account, you must do so in writing within 10 business days of the charge; otherwise, it will be considered correct and approved by the client.
SCHEDULING
All initial scheduling is conducted through Divina Crianza. Once you have been assigned a tutor, subsequent scheduling will be handled directly between you and the tutor. If you are unable to contact your tutor for any reason, please call or email Divina Crianza so that we can assist you. It is your responsibility to communicate scheduling conflicts in advance, including school, legal, religious, or family holidays or vacations.
CANCELLATIONS
Divina Crianza enforces a 24-hour cancellation policy for all scheduled sessions. You must notify your tutor at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule a session. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
RESCHEDULING
If you cancel in compliance with the above deadlines, the payment for that session will be applied to a session at a later date. Clients must notify the office about cancellations and/or the inability to reschedule so that we can apply the appropriate credits to your account. If, after canceling within the deadlines, the tutor is unable to reschedule at a mutually convenient time, the office will discuss alternative arrangements, which may include assigning a substitute tutor if available. During holidays or vacation periods, Divina Crianza will assume that you expect your tutor as regularly scheduled unless otherwise specified.
STUDENT LATE ARRIVAL
Clients/students are responsible for arriving on time for scheduled sessions (whether at home or a predetermined location). If no one is home or at the agreed-upon location when the tutor arrives, the tutor will wait 15 minutes before leaving. A late arrival by the client/student will reduce the session’s duration, as the tutor is only required to stay for the remaining time of the scheduled session.
Example: If the session is scheduled from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. and you arrive at 4:10 p.m., the tutor will only provide the remaining 50 minutes. The waiting time will count as part of the tutoring time.
TUTOR LATE ARRIVAL
Tutors are required to call if they are running late for any reason. If the tutor is late, they must provide the full duration of the scheduled session starting from the time they arrive.
PROGRAM PAYMENT
You must pay in full at the time of enrollment. If you have not paid in full before the first scheduled session, you authorize Divina Crianza to charge the program cost to your registered payment method.
